The hotel is a bit dated and could use some TLC.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We loved visiting the local beach and exploring the Great Orme. The friendly staff and location made our trip even better. Just keep in mind, the hotel's dining options might need improvement, but overall, it was a fun getaway.
One downside was the lift being out of order during our stay, which made getting to the upper floors a bit of a hassle.

Great staff, but needs work
Had a one-night stay, and the staff were super! Really helpful and friendly. The budget double room we got was alright, but it could use a fresh coat of paint. The location is a bit far from the promenade, but we didn’t mind the walk since it was nice out. The food was basic but decent.
